Next Gen Design Open Call: “Futures Worth Living”
The second and final call of the Next Gen Design Competition is now open, inviting creatives aged 18 to 35 to shape the future with bold, regenerative and inclusive design solutions. Applications are open until March 24th .
Under the theme “Futures Worth Living”, the competition encourages emerging talent to tackle major global challenges — including climate action, circularity and social equity — and to showcase design’s power as a driver of change.
This call is part of a three-year European collaboration among five leading design festivals — Mikser Festival, What Design Can Do, Vienna Design Week, Barcelona Design Week and Skopje Design Week — supported by the European Union. Through this alliance, we aim to empower a new generation of designers to build a more resilient and regenerative future.
