BCN Design Export

Programme of internationalization which aims to promote the Barcelona Design brand (products and services made in Barcelona), as well as Barcelona’s professionals and companies through participation in fairs, conferences, missions and business bridges, and other promotional events in the design world.

BCN Design Export has the support of the Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development Sector of the Barcelona City Hall.

Export BCN Design is intended to promote the following profiles:

1. Professionals and companies that offer design services.
2. Producing and publishing companies from diverse sectors, with strong design orientation, primarily Contract market-oriented.

Among the planned activities highlight the following:

• Preparation of studies of internationalization.
• Research of resources by public and private entities.
• Drafting a plan for international promotion.
• Calendar program and possible actions.
• Advice and information to professionals and participating companies.

In addition, one of the awareness initiatives to help business growth through internationalization is the plan of visits carried out by the Chamber of Commerce to the companies interested in order to understand their needs and inform them of the tools, services and assistance put within reach to internationalize them.
