The presentation route allows us to taste Food Design Week

On June 8th we kicked off Food Design Week with a presentation route through the center of Barcelona, ​​which offered the public the opportunity to get to know a small taste of the festival. This activity gave its participants the opportunity to get to know the four places participating in the The Emblematics route: Centric Bar, Casa Rafols, Grill Room and Pla de la Garsa, where the public could enjoy the exhibitions made by IED and Elisava students highlighting the design elements that make these spaces unique and special.

Other venues visited during the event also include Natas, an ice cream parlor included in 0 Waste route, where we were able to enjoy an ice cream with the edible teaspoon of Volià; and Ataronxia Rones, a local participant in the Shaking Minds route, which offered us two special cocktails made to measure for Food Design Week and served on Makeat's biodegradable coasters. Finally, the visit also passed by the Museu de la Xocolata, where the establishment, within the route of the Sin Prisa by Cervezas Alhambra route, proposed a pairing of Cervezas Alhambra together with a biodegradable menu made of organic waste. from the start-up AGRO Bioametrials.
